FAQ
Every item — sheet, towel, robe or uniform — gets a small RFID tag with a unique ID. Scanners read that ID every time the item moves between hotel and laundry, so the system always knows its status and history without manual counting.
Yes. Eyelin is designed to connect a hotel and its laundry partner in one shared flow, regardless of who currently handles the wash — both sides scan at handover.
Tagging and onboarding are designed to be fast — most pilots are scanning live within days, not weeks, since the flow is intentionally simple.
A missing or unreadable tag simply shows as an item that needs re-tagging in the dashboard — it doesn't break the tracking of everything else.
No. The pilot program is aimed at small and mid-sized properties as well as large ones — pricing scales with the number of tagged items.
We're currently running pilots in Armenia, starting with VETA's own laundry operation, with plans to expand regionally afterward.
